Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Children in Care Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the team, schools, social care, GPs, and other relevant bodies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring the best possible care is delivered to children and young people.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven administrative experience, with a strong understanding of data management and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Good standard of education, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
