Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the support needs of adoptive families and develop tailored plans to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with children and families with complex needs, providing therapeutic support and guidance to help them achieve stability and security.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and educators, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting adoptive families.

Requirements

  • Professional Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of families and children.
