Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a children's care setting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures governing children's care services, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
