Brook Street UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Oversee the deployment and management of staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
  • Operational Management: Manage the overall operations of the home, ensuring that it is run efficiently and effectively.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that the home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Care Standards Act and Ofsted requirements.
  • Safeguarding: Safeguard the health, welfare, and development of our young residents, both within and outside the home.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with families, social workers, educators, and other professionals involved in the care of our residents.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Have a strong understanding of company policies, Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to participate in the on-call system.
  • Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
