Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Bristol. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptionally high standards for the management of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the young people and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the team to ensure the best outcomes for the young people.
- Manage the home environment to support the needs of the young people and staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a GOOD OFSTED rating.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of the young people.
- Collaborate with clinical team members, including Psychologists and OTs, to provide a holistic approach to care.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience working in a residential children's home or a similar setting.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of managing teams in a residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for the young people.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid way and participate in the on-call rota.
