Job Description

**Account Management Executive**

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Executive to join our team at Prospex Recruitment. As an Account Management Executive, you will be responsible for managing accounts and/or projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the account team.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure all key dates in the project critical path are met.
  • Meetings and Communication: Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Answer client queries, deal with issues, and manage client expectations.
  • Supplier Liaison: Liaise directly with suppliers and printers to ensure the artwork production process runs smoothly.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high quality standards in all client deliverables.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle.
  • Creative Project Management: Manage creative projects from initial concept to completion, on time and within budget.
  • Job Briefing and Scheduling: Create job briefs and book in jobs.
  • Client Visits: Visit clients on and off site.
Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: Experience working within a packaging agency or manufacturer.
  • Account/Project Management Experience: Account / Project Management experience.
  • Packaging Retail Experience: Packaging retail experience - FMCG accounts.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident presentation skills.
  • Commercial Awareness: Good commercial awareness and experience with client financials - raising quotes and invoicing projects.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Deadline-Driven Environment: Experience of working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Proactive, forward-thinking individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Client-Centric: Flexible and accommodating team player who is client-centric.
  • Communication Skills: Friendly and approachable at all times.
