In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Development
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to cultivate retention, renewal, and referral opportunities.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead follow-up, and interest development.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
    • Develop and maintain accurate prospect and client data through diligent use of sales tools and systems.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a luxury customer-facing role.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Fluency in Business English and Swedish (written and spoken).
    • Proven experience in focusing on continuous self-improvement and adherence to sales processes.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in additional languages, such as German or French.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Knowledge of the luxury aviation industry and NetJets products and services.
