About the Role

At Space Executive, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our growing FinTech team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with our customers, acting as a trusted advisor and driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and contract renewals.
  • Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Support account management by maintaining detailed account plans and understanding the product's technical aspects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or Financial Services.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
  • Highly personable, motivated, and capable of working collaboratively across different teams.
