About the Role

As a Strategic Account Growth Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with your clients, and driving growth through strategic account management. You will work closely with our CEO to develop and execute sales strategies that will help us become the market leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing and segmenting them to maximize growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of experience in account management with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • A structured approach to managing a portfolio of accounts and prioritizing accounts
  • Ability to shape processes and define strategies to segment accounts
