The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning the expansion and retention of our largest strategic accounts. Your customer portfolio will span our Contractors, Housebuilders, and Asset Owners segments, with a primary focus on the UK and Ireland construction market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a strategically critical pipeline of in-term and end-of-term engagements across a portfolio of accounts, working closely with Solutions and Implementation teams to grow your accounts.
  • Managing the customer renewal process in a timely and proactive manner, using your commercial acumen to deliver against your retention and renewal targets.
  • Working as a trusted advisor to your customers, networking to develop senior relationships across the customer organization and ensuring that they understand and realize the value we deliver to their business.
  • Leading the account planning process effectively, identifying and developing a consistent pipeline of upsell opportunities.
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of the portfolio of Zutec solutions and the wider construction industry to add value to the customer base.
  • Maintaining high forecast accuracy across your account base.
  • Working closely with the Head of Account Management to build action plans for more complex opportunities and identify any support needed to see deals through to close.
  • Bringing customer feedback back into the Zutec business, supporting the Product team in identifying areas of product development.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager who has a proven track record of achieving growth targets in a complex software environment. You will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable communicating at all business levels, and have a customer-centric attitude.

You will be responsible for managing key revenue streams and balancing growth and retention. You will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and be able to develop strategic relationships with customers.
