About the Role

As a Strategic Account Growth Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base. You'll work closely with our CEO to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and develop strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Develop and implement processes to segment and prioritize accounts
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in account management with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to shape processes and define strategies to drive business growth
  • Structured approach to managing a portfolio of accounts and prioritizing accounts
