Senior Account Executive – Grocery Sector

Location: Flexible

Compensation: £50000+ Bonus & Benefits

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to oversee two major grocery partnerships, promoting a range of high-quality products from a brand with a strong consumer base.

This position is ideal for individuals currently in a similar role who may feel unmotivated by their current employer or product offerings, and are in search of a dynamic product portfolio and a company with significant aspirations. Alternatively, this role may appeal to those currently serving as Account Executives or Commercial Executives who have experience supporting grocery retail accounts and are eager to advance into a position where they can manage their own accounts, including one of the top four retailers.

The Senior Account Executive role will involve a hybrid working model, requiring in-office attendance two days a week. You will be responsible for managing two significant grocery accounts—one of which is a true partner, while the other has a solid relationship with ample opportunity for brand and SKU development.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Current sales experience within the FMCG sector, specifically in Food, Beverage, Beauty, or Healthcare products.
  • Experience working with grocery retail is essential.
  • Proficiency in Joint Business Planning (JBP) negotiations, along with strong analytical skills.
  • A genuine passion for food and the food industry will greatly enhance your success in this role.
