Sales Management Executive

Job Summary:
Ponderosa Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Management Executive to execute a sales strategy for accelerating revenue generation from existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the global competitive and regulatory landscape and its impact on the investment industry.
- Advance the development and execution of client-specific account plans to address client segment challenges and opportunities.
- In collaboration with the Sales Leadership, Business Line Heads, Product Leads, and Marketing, develop strategies to optimally position our products and services.
- Leverage CRM systems to proactively initiate communication and coordination across segments to drive selling efforts.
- Represent and position the company at conferences, trade shows, and associations as necessary.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the investment industry and its regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems.
