Job Summary:

Ponderosa Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Management Executive to execute a sales strategy for accelerating revenue generation from existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the global competitive and regulatory landscape and its impact on the investment industry.
  • Advance the development and execution of client-specific account plans to address client segment challenges and opportunities.
  • In collaboration with the Sales Leadership, Business Line Heads, Product Leads, and Marketing, develop strategies to optimally position our products and services.
  • Leverage CRM systems to proactively initiate communication and coordination across segments to drive selling efforts.
  • Represent and position the company at conferences, trade shows, and associations as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the investment industry and its regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
