Executive Sales Director

At Executive Jet Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Account Management to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota and drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures that drive results.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and innovative in our approach.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
- Fluency in Business English and Swedish (written and spoken) is required.
- Minimum 5 years in a Luxury customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of high-net-worth individuals.
- Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of sales processes and adherence to company policies.
- An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of NetJets products and services, as well as those of NetJets' competitors.
