Position: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, including a major international healthcare manufacturer.
- Drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to strategize and implement growth initiatives.
- Support organizational capability enhancement and planning efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or sales within large-scale industries such as healthcare, research and development, or industrial engineering.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, account development strategies, and business performance analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and project management expertise.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills across various organizational levels.
- Proficient in presentation and negotiation techniques.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to travel as required.
- Empathetic listener with multilingual capabilities considered an advantage.
- Experience in leading teams and managing personnel.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on building sustainable client relationships.
- Educational background in disciplines such as Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
