Position: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, including a major international healthcare manufacturer.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to strategize and implement growth initiatives.
  • Support organizational capability enhancement and planning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within large-scale industries such as healthcare, research and development, or industrial engineering.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, account development strategies, and business performance analysis.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and project management expertise.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills across various organizational levels.
  • Proficient in presentation and negotiation techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to travel as required.
  • Empathetic listener with multilingual capabilities considered an advantage.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing personnel.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on building sustainable client relationships.
  • Educational background in disciplines such as Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
