Responsibilities- Sell both Workforce and Customer Identity Cloud solutions to mid-market companies with deal sizes ranging from $40,000 to $100,000 ARR or higher.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for accounts in the UKI region, focusing on acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships for upsell opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience to drive renewals and expansions by applying a structured approach using MEDDPICC to handle complex deals.
- Expertly communicate Okta's value proposition to diverse stakeholders at senior levels, emphasizing the impact of technology on business competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Solutions Engineering, Alliances, and Marketing to facilitate a seamless sales process.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to mid-market or Enterprise organizations.
- Strong prospecting skills and a results-driven mindset with experience in value-based selling at senior levels.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC and proficiency in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Passion for technology and its impact on business success.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and company visits.
