Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst or Associate to join our buy-side team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess potential target investment companies;
  • Conduct thorough research on selected target companies, including financial, strategic, and competitor analysis;
  • Prepare and draft presentations of company profiles, market and sector reports, information memorandums, and transaction documentation;
  • Collaborate with senior team members in marketing and origination activities;
  • Assist in preparing historical and projected financial statements;
  • Analyze financial implications of mergers and acquisitions;
  • Conduct valuation analysis;
  • Support senior team members in deal execution and closing;
Requirements
  • A highly effective team player and motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, tenacity, and strong market research abilities;
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentational, adaptability, and time management skills;
  • Holds strong academic qualifications, including a completed university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a science field with a financial focus;
  • Previous experience with transaction exposure in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Consulting, or Private Equity; operational or in-house experience is also considered (minimum of 1 year of experience);
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting;
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Right to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship;
