Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of nursing and residential care, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Facilitate open communication and support among team members.
  • Manage budgetary and financial controls effectively.
  • Be accountable for Human Resources functions within the home.
  • Promote innovative marketing initiatives to enhance community engagement.
  • Guide and mentor colleagues in their professional development.
  • Address both routine and complex situations with confidence and expertise.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of care, from managing residents' personal items to responding to emergencies. Your leadership will inspire your colleagues to uphold these standards consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Management and leadership experience, with qualifications being a plus.
  • Active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with a valid PIN.
  • A compassionate approach to care, treating each resident as an individual.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances with flexibility.
  • Strong performance under pressure, maintaining a positive environment.
  • Warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Commitment to respecting all individuals and fostering a supportive atmosphere.
