We are seeking a dedicated individual with extensive administrative and secretarial expertise to join our team. The role demands the capacity to deliver precise and timely secretarial assistance to the CAMHS Service.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to take initiative and operate independently within established guidelines, with regular assessments to ensure robust administrative and data management systems are in place to support clinical teams effectively.
Deliver high-quality communication services, both in-person and via telephone.
Assist colleagues by providing coverage during absences and support the completion of urgent tasks when team members are unavailable.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Proficiency in Welsh is preferred; applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.

- NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- OCR Level 3 or equivalent qualification in typing skills
