Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support in a medical secretary role.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
A good understanding of keyboard skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.
Main Duties
Undertake administrative tasks as directed by the team, including word processing and data entry.
Assist with the booking and rearranging of appointments as required.
Deal with enquiries from health professionals, colleagues, and the public in a professional and sensitive manner.
File reports and letters in a timely and accurate manner.
Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and distribute accordingly.
