Position Overview
This role is exclusively available to individuals currently employed by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
This is a fixed-term position designed to address specific service requirements.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Podiatrist will oversee designated areas within the clinical team, focusing on:
- Service Improvement Initiatives
- Training and Development of Staff
- Clinical Systems Management
The primary duties include collaborating with the Principal Podiatrist and other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality podiatric services. This involves:
- Identifying areas for enhancement and implementing improvements under supervision.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff, students, and visitors in accordance with organizational policies.
Proficiency in Welsh is preferred for this position; however, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.
