Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Podiatrist will oversee designated areas within the clinical team, focusing on:

  • Service Improvement Initiatives
  • Training and Development of Staff
  • Clinical Systems Management

The primary duties include collaborating with the Principal Podiatrist and other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality podiatric services. This involves:

  • Identifying areas for enhancement and implementing improvements under supervision.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff, students, and visitors in accordance with organizational policies.

Proficiency in Welsh is preferred for this position; however, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.
