We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team at Akari Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and developing our care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained at all times.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Staff Development and Training: Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring to care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as work effectively under pressure.
