Position Overview

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Home Manager and a diverse team of professionals to ensure the efficient operation of the home. While this position may present challenges, the profound gratitude expressed by our residents serves as a powerful motivator for our team.

The responsibilities of our Clinical Leads encompass a wide range of duties, including delivering outstanding nursing and residential care, facilitating open communication, managing financial and budgetary aspects, and overseeing Human Resources. You will consistently act in the best interests of all stakeholders, promoting innovative marketing strategies, mentoring colleagues in their professional development, and pursuing your own growth.

Whether addressing everyday tasks or navigating complex emergencies, you will demonstrate the flexibility and confidence of a leader, sharing your expertise with colleagues to uphold our high standards of care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Management and leadership experience (essential) with relevant qualifications (desirable)
  • Active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) registration
  • A compassionate approach to care
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly
  • Capable of maintaining composure under pressure
  • Warm and engaging demeanor
  • Respectful treatment of all individuals
  • Resilient and adaptable to the diverse needs of colleagues and residents
