**Pricing and Revenue Growth Manager EMEA**
We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Smiths Group plc. As a key member of our EMEA region, you will play a critical role in advancing revenue growth management and analytics.
Key Responsibilities- **Business Partnership**: Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership and their direct reports to drive revenue growth and optimize pricing strategies.
- **Revenue Growth Management**: Develop and implement revenue growth management processes, tools, and analytics to support sales leaders and portfolio directors.
- **Pricing Analysis**: Analyze pricing data, including competitor pricing strategies and market trends, to provide actionable insights to sales leaders and portfolio directors.
- **Insight Development**: Develop insights for pricing teams, sales leaders, and product management by integrating deep customer data understanding with their goals and strategies.
- **Pricing Opportunities**: Identify, prioritize, and execute pricing opportunities and initiatives with key stakeholders.
- **Change Management**: Drive the adoption of new revenue growth management initiatives through the organization, promoting a revenue growth culture.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Generate insights and drive decisions through dynamic analysis, using creativity to find business solutions around issues.
- **Data Visualization**: Visualize data into actionable dashboards to support better, faster business decisions.
- **Pricing Systems**: Ensure the utilization and adoption of data products for decision making and maintain pricing systems and interfaces with ERP and reporting systems.
- **Revenue Growth Opportunities**: Identify revenue growth opportunities using assortment, pricing, geo-location, and customer segmentation.
- **Education**: Degree educated in statistics, mathematics, finance, business, or related discipline.
- **Experience**: 7-10 years' commercial experience with at least 5 years in pricing, analytics, reporting-related roles.
- **Skills**: Proven ability to impact and influence at a senior stakeholder level across markets with solid networking, influencing, and communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong analytical, modeling, and data visualization skills: PowerBI or similar. Machine learning and/or experience in Databricks or Python.
- **Leadership Experience**: 5+ years of team leadership/people management experience.
