Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Events Sales Manager to join our team at the Hilton Heathrow, Terminal 5.

As a division of the global Aimbridge Hospitality brand, we oversee a portfolio of over 1,600 hotels and resorts worldwide, working with leading brands such as Hilton, Accor, Marriott, and IHG, as well as independent hotels.

This role will see you oversee all aspects of events, meetings, and group sales, including revenue generation, client management, and sales team cooperation. You will develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

As a Specialist Sales Manager, you will employ an organized, planned, and strategic approach to driving new revenues, revenue-generating activities, and customer engagement to achieve clear, supported business results.

The role is measured through key sales metrics and KPIs, including monthly revenue, tracked monthly activity, and opportunity reporting. You will be highly organized and have a strong eye for detail.

Experience in sales within a branded hotel environment is highly advantageous, as is an understanding of hotel group operations.
