Pricing and Revenue Growth Manager

At Smiths Group plc, we are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in advancing revenue growth management and analytics throughout John Crane.
The successful candidate will be a business partner to the sales leadership for the EMEA region, providing support to portfolio directors for their pricing strategies. You will serve as the lead for pricing and revenue growth in the region, developing data analytic products to optimize revenue decisions at John Crane.
As a Pricing and Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing revenue growth management processes, tools, and analytics
- Analyzing pricing data, including competitor pricing strategies and market trends to provide actionable insights to sales leaders and portfolio directors
- Identifying, prioritizing, and executing pricing opportunities and initiatives with key stakeholders
- Driving the adoption of new revenue growth management initiatives through the organization, promoting a revenue growth culture
- Generating insights and driving decisions through dynamic analysis, using creativity to find business solutions around issues
- Visualizing data into actionable dashboards to support better, faster business decisions
- Maintaining pricing systems and interfaces with ERP and reporting systems
We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical background, preferably in statistics, mathematics, finance, or a related discipline. You should have at least 7-10 years of commercial experience, with at least 5 years in pricing, analytics, or reporting-related roles. Proven ability to impact and influence at a senior stakeholder level across markets is essential, along with solid networking, influencing, and communication skills.
