Events Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Events Sales Manager to join our team at Hilton London Heathrow Terminal 5. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive up-selling and cross-selling of our hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage and coordinate events and meetings to ensure smooth execution and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and events professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and revenue data to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Extensive experience in events sales and management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of sales and events professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance and revenue data
