We're seeking an experienced events sales professional to join our team at Hilton – Heathrow Terminal 5. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a crucial role in developing a proactive up-selling culture within the Meeting & Events team to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the commercial team to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a first-class guest experience
  • Manage and coordinate multiple events simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and high standards
  • Recruit, induct, and support a high-performing team to achieve maximum profitability

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in events sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and a passion for customer service
  • Financial management skills and technical expertise
