About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Events Sales Manager to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive up-selling and cross-selling of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales plans
  • Manage and coordinate events and meetings to ensure seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, induct, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Extensive managerial experience in a similar role, with a degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
