We're seeking a seasoned events sales professional to lead our Meetings and Events team at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA.

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is a division of the global Aimbridge Hospitality brand, overseeing over 1,600 hotels and resorts worldwide. We work with top brands like Hilton, Accor, Marriott, and IHG, as well as small independent hotels.

As Meetings and Events Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a proactive up-selling culture within the Meetings and Events team to maximize sales
  • Recruiting, inducting, and supporting the team to ensure maximum profitability and a first-class guest experience
  • Managing multiple events simultaneously and ensuring all aspects of events are well-coordinated and executed to a high standard

Key requirements include:

  • Extensive managerial experience in a similar role, with a degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple events and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
