We are seeking a Sales and Events Coordinator to join our clients successful team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. (Part-time roles considered for exceptional candidates).
In this role, you'll be managing everything from sales prospecting and client relationship management to event planning and coordination. You'll work closely with event planners, vendors, and clients to ensure every event is a success, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales prospecting and driving revenue
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Planning and coordinating various events
- Negotiating contracts with clients
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience of sales in the hospitality sector and/or event management experience is essential
- Knowledge of Opera software is essential
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
