MRK Associates is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize hotel performance by growing rooms revenue and revenue growth index (RGI)
- Grow meetings and events (M&E) revenue by utilizing revenue optimization techniques
- Work closely with operational teams to capture insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive top-line sales
- Generate rooms and M&E revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within the area of responsibility
- Ensure proper data management, including inventory management, segmentation, and rate loading
- Work closely with pricing, strategy, and reporting teams to capture insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive top-line delivery
- Maintain accurate levels of inventory based on forecasted demand
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management meetings
- Attend business review meetings, forecast review meetings, and other performance optimization forums
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a revenue management role within the hotel industry
- Experience working in a multi-unit revenue management role within the UK market
- Fluent written and spoken English, as well as intermediate MS Excel skills
- Holistic understanding of hotel-generated revenues from meetings and events and rooms
