Key Responsibilities- Maximize hotel performance by growing rooms revenue and revenue growth index (RGI) through effective pricing and revenue optimization.
- Grow meetings and events (M&E) revenue by utilizing revenue optimization to maximize hotel performance versus its competitor set and/or budgeted targets.
- Work closely with hotel operational teams to capture insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive top-line sales.
- Generate rooms and M&E revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within the area of responsibility, linking to the revenue planning process.
- Ensure proper data management, including inventory management, segmentation, and rate loading.
- Work closely with pricing, strategy, and reporting teams to capture insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive top-line delivery.
- Maintain accurate levels of inventory based on forecasted demand.
- Conduct remote daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management meetings as set out in the agreed business processes.
- Attend business review meetings, forecast review meetings, and other performance optimization forums as required.
- Highlight to hotels any issues on channels, such as online travel agencies (OTAs) and websites.
