About the Role

MRK Associates is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize hotel performance by growing rooms revenue and revenue growth index (RGI)
  • Grow meetings and events (M&E) revenue by utilizing revenue optimization techniques
  • Work closely with operational teams to capture insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive top-line sales
  • Generate rooms and M&E revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within the area of responsibility
  • Ensure proper data management, including inventory management, segmentation, and rate loading
  • Work closely with pricing, strategy, and reporting teams to capture insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive top-line delivery
  • Maintain accurate levels of inventory based on forecasted demand
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management meetings
  • Attend business review meetings, forecast review meetings, and other performance optimization forums
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a revenue management role within the hotel industry
  • Experience working in a multi-unit revenue management role within the UK market
  • Fluent written and spoken English, as well as intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Holistic understanding of hotel-generated revenues from meetings and events and rooms
