Position Overview:

As a Senior Night Care Coordinator, your role will involve providing compassionate care to our residents, treating them as if they were your own family. You will address their physical, emotional, and social needs while assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the medication administration process and lead the night shift.
  • Engage with residents to ensure their comfort and well-being throughout the night.

  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or a care certificate (training will be provided).

  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
