Required Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in the caregiving sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations
  • Possess a valid driving license and have access to transportation
  • Organized, adaptable, and proficient in IT skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and oversee Care Professionals
  • Identify and coordinate training opportunities
  • Maintain precise records and facilitate client introductions
  • Assist the Client Services team while adhering to company policies
