Role Overview

We are seeking a Key Account Executive to become part of our LGC Assure team.

In this role, you will oversee the retention, expansion, and development of all designated accounts across the various sectors of the Assure business unit. You will engage in detailed account planning, comprehend customer requirements, and effectively execute strategic initiatives for your assigned accounts.

Furthermore, you will cultivate robust and enduring relationships with your assigned accounts within the LGC Assure sectors, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

You will be empowered to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients and fostering opportunities for further engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management within high-touch industries, ideally in food, certification, or supplement safety.
  • Sales & Engagement – Skilled in identifying needs, generating demand, and negotiating effectively.
  • Product Knowledge – Experience in crafting value propositions and developing tailored solutions.
  • Communication - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership – Strong emphasis on relationship management and teamwork.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and consensus-building abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy.
