Position Overview

Senior Key Account Executive - Discount Retailers

Compensation: Up to approximately £60,000 + Company Vehicle & performance bonus

Location: Remote

Lime Talent, a prominent player in the consumer packaged goods sector, is seeking to enhance its team with a Senior Key Account Executive, specializing in the discount retail segment.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in strategically advancing the discount retail channel and nurturing the commercial partnerships with significant National Accounts. You will be responsible for the complete P&L and commercial oversight, contributing significantly to the prosperity and expansion of the discount retail sector.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of essential company objectives & Customer P&L, encompassing volume, revenue, gross profit, and gross profit percentage.
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to guarantee superior commercial execution.
  • Negotiate critical terms and strategic contracts.
  • Promote and integrate the company’s category vision along with suitable in-store implementations.
  • Enhance performance through category and retailer analytics, converting them into actionable strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the commercial relationship of a significant national account.
  • Background in a branded consumer packaged goods organization.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
