Comprehensive Facilities Management

Identify and lead the execution of both minor and major capital expenditure projects

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Services

Conduct regular site inspections and address any significant issues identified

Establish and maintain a comprehensive PPM schedule

Qualifications and Skills:

Background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

Knowledge of Fire Safety Regulations

Demonstrated experience in facilities management or a related role

Familiarity with technical operations and best practices in facilities management

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities
