Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at Catch 22, a leading provider of facilities management services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients, ensuring complete satisfaction while maintaining contract profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of hard and soft facilities personnel to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance facilities management provision
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage a 'high touch point', corporate FM account with a budget of £1m+ P&L
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a similar FM account with a strong track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of facilities management best practices and industry standards
