We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Defence contract based out of Wellington Barracks covering the North London region.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver projects for the MOD across a wide-ranging Property Portfolio, including infrastructure projects, plant asset renewal, HVAC, chillers, electrical switch gear, life safety systems, CCTV, and BMS, hangar upgrades, MEP projects, including ULEV, demolition, and other facilities management services into the UK Defence Sector.

You must be able to clear a full Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As Senior Project Manager, you will manage a team comprising of Project Managers and Project Manager Assistants. You will oversee work on a wide range of new projects within the construction sector.
  • You will lead projects such as new roof replacement on a building, building refurbishment of staff accommodation, and maintenance facilities to full new building construction and listed building works.
  • You'll ensure the project lifecycle is maintained at all stages and completed on time, within budget, and that agreed objectives & KPI's are achieved.

Essential Qualifications/Skills:

  • Background in one of the following disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Design Management knowledge.
  • Building Regulations knowledge.
  • Able to obtain full Security Clearance.
