Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the delivery of facilities services, including helpdesk, front of house, catering, vending, cleaning, physical security, mechanical and electrical, fabric maintenance, printing, post room, desk booking, and room booking.
  • Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to ensure compliance with business and client expectations.
  • Lead the physical security operation across all offices within Evelyn Partners, ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets.
  • Manage and review site-specific budgets and provide variance reports to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the facilities leadership team to develop and implement projects that improve facilities management processes and services.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional facilities managers and senior leadership team on security concerns and facilities-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Experience in managing physical access control solutions and CCTV systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of facilities staff.
  • Ability to problem-solve and escalate blockers to senior leadership.
  • Experience in contract management and budgeting.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation within the workplace.
