Established in 1999, Optim Facilities is a leading provider of facilities management services to commercial properties in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and manage call-outs and generate jobs for contractors via our internal system
  • Schedule and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance tasks with contractors
  • Conduct risk assessments and obtain quotes for works outside of the maintenance contractor's remit
  • Provide helpdesk support to clients, including troubleshooting issues and requesting photos to aid in issue resolution
  • Engage with helpdesk, risk assessors, contractors, and tenants on compliance queries
  • Manage property service documentation, including validation and tracking of expiration dates
  • Perform annual data analysis on helpdesk category call-outs and source new contractors as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
