IT Service Desk Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join our team at Education Support Professionals Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service desk, mentoring a team of support technicians, and implementing best practices to optimize service delivery.

About the Role

The IT Service Desk Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the service desk team and ensuring that all service desk requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing and implementing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service desk performance
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that service desk requests are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the service desk team
  • Ensuring that all service desk activities are compliant with relevant policies and procedures
