Job Title: IT Service Desk Manager

Join our team as an IT Service Desk Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our Service Desk team and drive the delivery of exceptional IT services to our customers.

About the Role

The IT Service Desk Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of IT Service Desk analysts to deliver high-quality IT services to our customers.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve IT service delivery, including service desk performance, incident and request fulfillment, and problem management.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with customers.
  • Managing and maintaining IT service desk tools and processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the Service Desk team and other IT teams as needed.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of IT professionals.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and other IT teams.
  • Experience with IT service desk tools and processes, including incident and request management, problem management, and service level management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex IT issues and develop effective solutions.
