Service Desk Manager

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Service Desk Manager to join our team at InfraView - Specialist Cloud & IT Infrastructure Technology Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10 Service Desk Analysts to improve operational performance and ensure first-class customer service.
  • Direct management of 3 Service Desk Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Improve project handover into support portal to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct monthly reviews to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Schedule and manage rota to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure ITIL certification and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive a target, performance, and results-driven culture within the team.
  • Foster a flexible and agile work environment that adapts to changing business needs.

Requirements:

  • ITIL certification and experience in IT service management.
  • Proven track record of improving operational performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
