Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a key member of our FM commercial team, you will be responsible for managing our multi-year Defence contract covering London & the South East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a senior team in managing our Core Delivery (high volume maintenance and lifecycle refurbishment projects) across 90 different military sites.
  • Ensure accounts and commercial procedures are adhered to and compliant, sufficient resources are in place, all contractual administration is undertaken correctly, and requirements are understood.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage a regional portfolio in excess of £100m and lead a team of 5 direct reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of FM services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years' experience in commercial management, preferably in Facilities Management - Hard Services.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a senior team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of complex, high-volume maintenance or FM contracts.
  • Professional membership to RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
