About the Role:

We are currently in search of an Organisational Effectiveness Team Leader to take on a permanent full-time position at our Perth Office.

This position is responsible for overseeing a team of diverse HR consultants in the creation and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee experience. This encompasses the proficient management of key phases of the employee lifecycle to continuously improve the overall employee experience.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of experts who refine and advance processes, procedures, and systems related to onboarding, performance management, competency frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning, cross boarding, and separation.
  • Collaborating with the Team Leader of Systems, Process, and Governance to ensure alignment and optimization of HR systems, fostering efficiency and effectiveness while supporting a positive employee experience.
  • Assisting the Organisational Capability Manager in the rollout of enterprise-wide behaviour change and organisational effectiveness initiatives, including the development of comprehensive change management strategies and capacity-building programs.
  • Engaging in the formulation of new processes that amplify employee voice and perpetually enhance our employee experience.
  • Contributing to the improvement of our Career and Development Framework by identifying and developing career pathways, continuously evolving this framework to advance workforce capabilities for the future.
  • Collaborating with the Strategic Workforce Planning team to analyze competency skill gaps and aid in the development of related interventions aligned with Western Power's workforce strategy.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience and proficiency in the following areas:

  • Proven track record in managing a multi-disciplinary HR or organisational effectiveness team, ensuring optimal resource utilization with demonstrated people and financial management capabilities.
  • Experience in designing and executing organisational effectiveness initiatives and change management strategies that enhance organisational capacity.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate favorable outcomes.
  • Background in implementing change management strategies for enterprise-level HR initiatives.
  • Accreditation in assessment tools such as Hogan, Print, or DiSC is highly valued.
  • Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field are highly regarded.
