Job OverviewPosition Summary

Kerry is seeking a skilled Lead HR Strategy Partner to enhance our Global HR team.

The HR Strategy Partner will influence and implement organizational effectiveness initiatives that align with our business growth objectives. This role will also collaborate with and mentor our leadership team to foster a positive Employee Relations atmosphere that supports a high-performance culture.

Please note: This position may involve travel to various company sites as necessary. We welcome candidates from diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Drive the execution of organizational effectiveness initiatives in alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Oversee the people and organizational design aspects of transformation programs.
  • Evaluate and interpret key metrics of organizational effectiveness, ensuring timely adjustments are made as required.
  • Guide and partner with business leaders on their responsibilities in promoting organizational effectiveness.

Talent Management:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business growth objectives.
  • Identify strategic talent and capability needs, advising leaders on effective Talent Pipelining solutions to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure learning and leadership development solutions meet business needs; mentor leaders to enhance their management effectiveness.
  • Define strategic staffing requirements, working with leaders to validate open positions and challenge where necessary.
  • Engage in the assessment and selection process for critical leadership roles.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Utilize compensation programs to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
  • Work with the Reward COE to develop solutions that address business needs.
  • Consult and partner with business leaders regarding Total Reward strategies.
  • Provide insights to influence the Reward COE's strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with the Reward COE on compensation packages for senior and critical roles.

Employee Relations:

  • Support and mentor leaders in fostering a positive Employee Relations environment that encourages high performance.
  • Assist leaders in ensuring compliance with Employee Relations standards, utilizing data to develop timely action plans.
  • Offer expertise in resolving complex Employee Relations issues in accordance with our service delivery model.

Employee Engagement:

  • Advise and challenge leaders on employee engagement and leadership responsibilities.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for senior leaders and critical roles.
  • Support leaders in developing and executing our Employee Engagement Plans.
  • Collaborate proactively with leaders to cultivate a more inclusive workplace.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Prior experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in delivering engagement initiatives and managing talent.
  • Proven ability to lead innovative and agile problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders during complex change initiatives.
  • Support for team development.
  • Coaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in a second European language.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience in auditing.
