About the Role:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our internal recruitment and development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will oversee the management of recruitment processes across the organization while enhancing our training and development programs.

This strategic position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Supervising the Development Coordinator.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to conduct job analyses, develop job descriptions, and define candidate requirements.
  • Crafting compelling job advertisements or delegating as necessary to attract top talent.
  • Leading the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all candidates and hiring managers through regular communication.
  • Building a talent pool for future opportunities within the organization.
  • Maintaining productive relationships with external recruitment agencies and HR partners as required.
  • Guiding the Development Coordinator in scheduling health and safety training and personal development sessions to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Managing partnerships with external training providers.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment and training records in compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Conducting HR induction meetings and developing onboarding plans in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Assisting in the establishment of a new training academy and apprenticeship program.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations by updating policies and practices as necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess proven experience in leading an internal recruitment team. You will have specialized knowledge in managing all facets of the recruitment process and implementing new strategies for hiring managers. Experience in overseeing employee training and development, particularly in apprenticeship programs, is highly desirable.

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and creative team player who excels in building positive, long-term professional relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders. You will be proficient in IT, particularly with the MS Office Suite, and have experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment are essential.

What We Offer:
